There are several programs within 412 that students can be a part of. These programs range from hands on, practical helps teams to our most intensive student leader discipleship.

• Help Teams
  • Connection- This team is here to create a friendly, welcoming environment within our ministry. They also assist in following up on new students and getting them connected with other students.
  • Office- We strive to keep our students, their parents, our church family, and our community informed about who we are and what we are up to. In order to do this we need students who are willing to give a little of their time each week to come into our church offices and assist with various office task.
  • Cafe'- Each week we need students to assist in helping prepare and serve food.
  • Demo- This team is responsible for setting up and tearing down our game room equipment, staging, and seating.
  • The Jester's- Every Wednesday night we have a pre-service time filled with fun games and cool give-a-ways. These are the students responsible for making this happen.
• Ministry Teams
  • Praise- We are blessed to have musically talented individuals who desire to use their talents for God's glory. These guys lead us in praise and worship each week.
  • Drama- This team consists of students who have a passion to express worship and communicate God's word through dramatic skills such as skits, dance, human video, as well as others.
  • Tech- Each Wednesday we have several technical elements that we strive to incorporate into our services. The students on this team are responsible for all sound, lighting, and video production.
• Discipleship
  • Sunday School- Every Sunday morning we have two classes available for students to get involved in studying God's word.
  • JumpStart- This program is for students who are just beginning or recommitting to a relationship with Jesus Christ. This is a 3 week program that leads student's through the first steps they need to take as they begin their relationship with Christ. JumpStart happens during a 10 minute meeting that takes place on the 1st - 3rd Wednesday nights of each month.
• Small Groups
  • On the 4th Wednesday night of each month we make our "big" group "small" by breaking into six small groups. These groups are divided up by gender and grade and are led by adults who are a part of our Student Impact team. During this time students have an opportunity to discuss and learn about topics that are relevant to the life the live everyday. These groups are a safe place for students to grow as they share, learn, and pray for one another.
